So....as I backed into the drive yesterday when I returned from grocery shopping, a bad bad noise began emanating from the front of the truck. Along with a little 'hitch' each time you hear it, I'm fairly sure it is a CV joint. Of course it is the 4th of July holiday weekend here so no one was open yesterday (Friday) therefore it will be Monday before I can begin calling around to find someone to tow it to a garage and have it fixed.
As I had been expecting this to occur sooner or later, I'm glad I was not out driving on the highway somewhere.
At least I can (almost) afford to have it fixed - but now that means I cannot fix the riding lawnmower. 😆

I don't know what it is because you can't hear the half shaft when stationary, only when cornering.
But it doesn't have a good sound. 🥲

My van in shop now. No money but we figure it out. Something electrical. I liked cars when they was a lot simpler. No computer chips, etc. 🤬
