Here in the Philippines particularly here in the Province of Misamis Oriental in Mindanao, we called it Dabung. Dabung is one of the most exotic and expensive kinds of foods that usually sell at the Market or in Mall in perfect sealed packed. There are lots of dish can cook out of bamboo sprouts and all of it are truly delicious.
