Montreal-style Rotisserie chicken?
I’m a transplant from Montreal, and I’m missing St-Hubert BBQ (which is not really BBQ, it’s the brand) and the whole Quebec style of takeout rotisserie chicken - usually served with fries, coleslaw, a bun, and chicken gravy (also excellent for poutine). IYKYK.
Other than supermarket / Costco rotisserie, are there any restaurants that specialize in this? I was recommended Crosby’s Kitchen on Southport, any others?
