Do you like to eat abalone? I love it. 😋
We saw the supermarket had a special offer—$0.45 per piece which is consider cheap, so we bought a few to try out. Normally, we buy canned abalone that’s already cooked, but this one is raw and comes with the shell. We’re not sure how to clean it, so we’ll need to check YouTube for instructions.

I think it’s more chewy when you grilled. I think simmering way is better. 😄

Good morning. No I don't eat it. It's also known as Perlemoen in SA where it's highly sought after by criminal organizations and a thriving black market exists for it.
