Almost same thing? I'm no a plant expert. They are edible. Not like stupid tree that full of poison berries only birds eat but get all over shoes mowing lawn.

Blackberries are much sweeter. I have a good mess of black raspberries down at the end of the yard but haven't been able to get to them this year.
