1. Exporting/Importing Journal Entries
If you want to transfer a large number of entries:

Steps:
Exporting entries from the source journal:

Menu: File > Export > Journal Entries

Choose the Bank Local Currency journal 1

Format: ASCII or Sage 100

Importing into the target journal:

Menu: File > Import > Journal Entries

Select the exported file

Choose the Bank Local Currency journal 2

You can modify the journal in the file before importing if necessary.

2. Using the "Transferring Journal Entries" Function
Sage offers a transfer journal function that allows you to move entries between journals.

It is accessible via:

Accounting > Transfer to Accounting

You define the criteria (journal, period, document number)

You choose the destination journal

This method is ideal if you want to keep the entries intact but change their originating journal.

3. Important

Verify that the currencies are compatible between the two journals

Ensure that the associated bank accounts or IBANs are correctly configured

If you have unchecked "counterpart on each line", the entries must be balanced manually.
