Why would black recapture?

Got this chess puzzle and after white plays Nxd5, the puzzle says black just hangs the queen with Nxd5..? Now why wouldn't black just play the more defensive Nbc6 instead? Wouldn't it be better to respect the pin and not give up the queen?
