LPT: When booking a place on VRBO/Air BnB, taking the time to find if the place is listed through a private agency can save money
My family likes to rent a beach house every summer. This year we're traveling to the outer banks with a group of 12, and my sister found a couple great places on VRBO. Once we found what we liked, she looked to see if the homes were listed through a local NC agency and both of them were. We booked through their website and saved about $1500 vs booking through VRBO
