AC / DC Grounding Question

I’m currently planning my electrical system and have 1 big 600a negative bus bar for the DC side of things. My plan is to run a 4/0 wire from this bus bar to the chassis of the van.

I’m a little confused about grounding the AC side of things…after the inverter.

1. If I’m running wire from the ground bus bar in my 120v distribution panel to the chassis, how big does this wire need to be? Would 6-10awg wire be acceptable since it’s 120v? Or do I also need use 4/0 wire.

2. If I have a separate negative bus bar (12v / the main one) and ground bus bar (120v), should these be independent of each other? From what I’ve read, it sounds like if I had independent AC/DC ground systems, they would still meet at one single point on the chassis. But this would of course require running 2 wires through the subfloor.

3. If I’m grounding the inverter itself with the grounding lug, should this be connected to the negative bus bar (12v side) or to the ground bus bar (120v side)

Thanks in advance for any tips!
