Had to throw out 2 kilos of food cause we accidentally used cream that was expired apparently
Grandpa died and we currently live almost exactly half way around the globe, to buy a ticket on short notice is too expensive to bring whole family so half had to be lefy behind, me and my brother had to hold the fort down fort and buy our own food, we have been cooking for years so its not just being novice cooks, the cream looked, smelled, and well was by alk means good cream, made the pasta sauce, made the pasta, mixed them together and boxed them, tasted amazing, one night passes, it genuinely tastes like shit and we had to throw it away.
The final chery on top, tomorrow is Monday and I have to attend his funeral online at 2am my time, but hey, at least my boss let me take the day off.
