Typhoon Carina exits the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) but still gloomy weather and light rain here in our place. There are many flooded places especially in Metro Manila. My brother did arrive yesterday at 7:40 in the evening, it was raining hard when the plane landed. It's different now because of climate change.
