You can skip this paragraph it’s not important: I’ve been on and off for 5 years, (need to assert my brownie points) but I’m taking a break to go back home and learn a tradei can take with me, which will take roughly 4 years so this summer is my last hurrah. Usually I’ve had places I can stay where I can set up a fan and keep my windows down at night, but not this year. Currently im in a good climate with plenty of forest and blm land so I can still take care of myself, but I was here last year. Since this is my last hurrah for a while, any recommendations for places where:

Destining requirements:
Climate is comfortable enough ( no ceiling fan, just usb fan), legal parking as in (forest land, blm land), city or area is not hostile to vandwellers, and population enough to find a job easily. ( plenty of general manual labor and restaurant experience). Also gas is expensive right now , especially so between New Mexico and the south east coast since I’m headed back that way is definitely preferred. I am in a spot right now that has all that I just listed so I’m doing fine, but I was here last year and I have six months to kill. I had 6,000 but my transmission gave out; now I’m down to just over 2,000 so I also don’t have much wiggle room for error, if I get some place and it doesn’t work out and have to find a new one I can loose money fast so I’m kind of on edge about where I should go. Would love to see the Rockies but Google keeps telling me most of Colorado doesn’t like vandwellers…. Also trying to save $$ to cover my butt for the short while when I get back home in between work and for the commute there. So like a sure shot good climate easy to find job and place to sleep is essential. #lifestyle source
