**1️⃣ RAMADAN: THE HONOURED GUEST APPROACHES** – We are now in the latter part of Sha‘bān, the month the Prophet ﷺ described as often neglected—yet it is the very month in which deeds are raised to Allah. The greatest guest of the year is now at our doorstep .
**2️⃣ PREPARATION BEGINS NOW, NOT AT SIGHTING** – The Olympian does not train on race day. The Prophet ﷺ prepared for Ramadan in Sha‘bān by fasting and adjusting his routine. If we desire the Qur’an to fill our Ramadan hearts, we must begin reciting today .
**3️⃣ A DIVINE INVITATION ACROSS THE LAND** – Today, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has called the entire Kingdom to **Salat al-Istisqa’ (prayer for rain)** , following the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. It is a day of repentance, charity, and showing utter neediness before Allah . As the rains are sought from heaven, so too should we seek the downpour of mercy that is Ramadan.
