There were 2 rock movies that marked me forever, perhaps because I saw them as a young teenager and they really impressed me.
I remember going to the "Pichincha" cinema here in my city, Cumaná to see "THE WALL" by Pink Floyd. Ugh... that movie is quite amazing.
But then I saw "THE DOORS." This film focuses a lot of its plot around Jim Morrison.
Excessive drugs, alcohol and sex... a lot of sex, symbolize the life of this icon in the history of Rock.
The song I sang: "Light my Fire" is one of his most famous and was the cause of much controversy in society in those late 60s (1967 to be exact) for its "so sensual" lyrics. And to think that today's reggaeton songs look like pornographic and gangster movies.
