I once planned an entire day around completing an important task that really mattered to me. Everything was scheduled and I felt confident about it. But suddenly, an unexpected family issue came up, and I had to drop everything. The whole plan collapsed in a moment.
2️⃣ How did you feel emotionally at that moment?
Honestly, I felt frustrated and helpless. There was disappointment, a bit of anger, and a heavy feeling in my chest. It hurt to see something I worked toward fall apart without warning.

That experience taught me that not everything is under our control. Sometimes plans fail not because we did something wrong, but because life happens. It made me more patient and emotionally stronger. Now I still plan ahead, but I don’t break down when things don’t go as expected.
