Tim Duncan won the first title after Michael Jordan and the last title before Steph Curry. Shouldn't that make it his era?
I know in 2k it's called the Kobe Era, and that Lebron won 2 with the Heat, and Shaq won 4, but the common link between MJ's grindy 90's era and the Pace and Space Era is Tim Duncan. He kicked it off by winning in 1999 after Jordan stepped away, and bookended it by winning in 2014 before the Warriors took over the next year.
He also of course won 3 rings in-between. Seems like he put his name on that time period.
