Aslamualaikum!
Good morning my lovely tangled tribe.
A blessed morning of Ramadan to you all. Todayâs beautiful fast reminds us of patience, gratitude, and drawing closer to Allah. The morning time brings mercy, peace, and new hope â a moment when hearts fill with prayers and souls feel refreshed.
What kind of deed is giving Zakat in Ramadan?
Ramadan is the month of mercy and generosity, and giving Zakat during this month is a very great and beloved act. Zakat does not only purify our wealth, but it also purifies our hearts and becomes a means of helping those in need.
Allah says in the Quraan:
Establish prayer and give Zakat, and whatever good you send forward for yourselves â you will find it with Allah.
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:110)
In another place, Allah says:
And in their wealth there is a rightful share for the one who asks and the one who is deprived.
(Surah Az-Zariyat 51:19)
Hadith:
The Messenger of Allah  said:
Charity (and Zakat) does not decrease wealth; rather, Allah increases it with blessings.
Giving Zakat in Ramadan is not only fulfilling an obligation â it is an expression of love, mercy, and humanity. This act brings us closer to Allahâs pleasure and spreads compassion and equality in society.
May Allah grant us all the ability to do more good, give Zakat, and help others in this blessed month. Ameen đ¤˛
Have a beautiful morning and a blessed fast .
