Living in my Promaster Van and writing on my Substack
* Less clutter is best while living in a van. A comfortable bed must take priory over everything else. Then you need to think of essentials like water for cleaning and for drinking. Never let yourself run out of water and fuel. Here are the important items
* Water
* Some food
* Road map...don't depend on your cell phone
* It's best to know where you're going , rather than wandering around wasting fuel
* Carry AAA insurance in case you break down
* Maintain your vehicle
* Be careful where you camp
I like to have solar, Mr.Buddy heater and prepare for extreme heat.
There are other advice I could give, but I'll save it for later.
