PLEASE BEWARE OF THE FARM AT SAN BENITO THEFT INCIDENTS‼️
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE FARM AT SAN BENITO given na managed na sila ng Marriott pero mukhang may inside job because apparently this is not the first time na may nawalan ng gamit / money sa rooms.
So we stayed here last 6/20/26 at Narra Villa 39. My partner went out first sa villa namin to attend an event from a pharma company. I chose to stay at our room to enjoy the private pool pero for some weird reason feel ko may nakatingin or nanoood sakin. Since surrounded ng trees ang paligid ----
naisip ko pa na baka may other entities sa area which is kinda scary so <5 mins lang ako sa pool then decided na sa bath tub na lang mag spend ng time. pero feeling ko meron pa din nakatingin sakin since surrounded ng glass yung villa plus a sliding door na accessible from the gate. So mga 10 mins ako sa tub then decided na lang na mag shower and go sa resto for dinner. ang bilis ng heart beat ko dito habang naliligo kinakabahan talaga ako. It felt so uneasy given na nasa luxury place ako
So after mag shower and change ng clothes i called the front desk and ask for a buggy. After few mins nandyan na yung service hindi ako nakasakay agad kasi nahirapan ako isara yung gate. So nung okay na the driver asked me "Mag-isa ka lang ma'am?" I said yes kasi umalis na yung kasama ko. Then Hinatid na niya ako sa resto. So far okay naman so I ate my dinner na then met my partner at around 8:30pm to get my spa voucher then went to the spa ahead of my supposed schedule na 9:30pm.
So mga 9:42pm tapos na ako mag pa spa pero di pa tapos yung get together dun sa dinner, pinapauna na ako ng bf ko bumalik sa villa pero i decided to wait for him na lang sa spa area kasi nga uneasy ako dun sa place natatakot ako bumalik mag-isa.
Then around 11pm nakabalik na kami sa villa, nag shower and then sleep na kasi pagod and puyat din the past few days. Yung jewelries ng bf ko white gold necklace and bracelet nilapag niya sa coffee table and yung cartier watch niya. Meanwhile ako naman jewelries ko nasa bag kasi pinatanggal nung nasa spa ako. Di ko muna sinuot kasi medyo ma oil pa yung body ko. So peaceful night naman
Next morning nagising kami around 7am. Dapat mag walking kami pero since pagod and puyat nga we decided to stay na lang sa room, then nung mag sshower na napansin ng bf ko na wala na yung jewleries niya sa table, per nandun pa yung cartier watch sooo sabi ko baka na misplace niya lang kasi nandun naman yung watch. Pero he is certain na nilagay niya dun sa tabi ng watch niya.
Nag joke pa ako na hanapin namin maigi baka pinaglaruan lang kami ng other entities. Pero kinabahan din ako so I checked my bag din, so yun na nga nawala na din yung necklace ko and yung nag iisang pera sa wallet ko na 500. I don't use cash kaya buti yun lang laman. Pero the fact na nawala din yung cash that's when we concluded na Theft yun. Pinasok kami sa Villa while asleep!! in a high end resort and villa Oh my God. Sobrang scary walang security mag stay sa The Farm at San Benito!
Reported to the security and management and we even asked if first time 'to nangyari. Hindi sila makasagot pero when i cheked the reviews sa google madami na din cases na nanakawan habang naka stay sa villas nila. We even asked na maview ang CCTV pero ayaw nila pumayag na makita namin. Sobrang passive ng management obvious na sanay na sila sa ganitong complaints pero wala silang ginagawa to investigate properly. Nakakadisappoint grabe 😐😐😐
We are not after sa monetary value ng nawala but ang concern namin is our security and security ng guests. What if nagising kami na nasa loob sila ng villa and nagkaroon ng encounter? Sobrang lalayo ng villas to each other plus ang laki ng place at nasa dulo kami so kahit magsisigaw ka dun walang makakarinig para tumulong. Never again babalik sa The Farm at San Benito 🫠🫠🫠 Pero hoping na sana actionan pa din nila to nang tama at hindi hahayaan na lumipas lang.
