Went to pay my S&WB bill on a credit card. Under "payment summary", there is a fee of $2.95, and under that, a clickable "fee disclosure". I clicked it.
I called S&WB, and the rep was like, "OH. Oops. That's not right. Let me call my supervisor".
How many thousands of dollars are they raking in over this??
