I am so surprised again because I see you online in the early morning. I have noticed it for many times not just for 1 or 3 days. If you were the President of Madagascar, what would be your top priorities for the country's development, and why? How long do you estimate it would take to achieve these goals?
My priorities will probably be :
1. Fight corruption at all levels. There is a study saying that the less corruption we have in a country, the better it is for the economy.
2. Work on the economy. Because growth is the main tool to develop the country. You just can't ignore economy, as people will judge you based on it.
3. Education. That's obvious. If you want to keep your progress in the long run, you must invest in it, educate the new incoming generation.
It will probably take more than 2 mandates, great things need time.

I'm one of those who believe that consciousness is always born of a structure. In the case of physical consciousness, i.e. the voice reading this, it arises from the physical brain. And if we define "I" as this physical consciousness in the head, I could not have existed before the formation of my physical brain. Any other identity transcending "I", any other identity prior to "I", is no longer "I" but something else. So if there is a spiritual "I" other than this sychological "I" of which I am currently aware, it's not really me, it's not really "Tantely". It's another consciousness born, not from the physical brain structure, but from another structure.
