First time using ironing. What caused this?

Printer: Artillery Sidewinder X2 with Magnetic Textured PEI Plate

Used OrcaSlicer.

Material: Black PLA

Layer Height: 0.2 mm

Nozzle: 195°C

Bed: 60°C

Ironing Settings;

Ironing Pattern: Rectilinear

Ironing Flow: 15%

Ironing line spacing: 0.1 mm

Ironing inset: 0 mm

Ironing angle offset: 0 mm

Fixed ironing angle: off

(I don't know what any of these settings do)
