I wish we had warmer weather too.... 2 degress celcius today morning.... spring is late and slow this year.

My goodness! However, it's easier to stay warm than to cool down. In the summer, it can be very uncomfortable here. I hope your local weather improves soon.

Indeed! I only cook at the weekends when there's more time, otherwise mostly fruits and vegetables during the week. Psst... this is my first social media post of any meal. Do you recall the deluge on FB died out (amongst friends). Tangled is not restricted to a circle of friends... so satisfying to see so much from around the world.
