Who’s liable for the damage to my drone? I was filming video in my schools gym for a pep fest, and a teacher hit my drone down while playing a basketball game, based him pointing at it I believe it was 100% intentional. I was filming video in my schools gym for a pep fest, and one game was shooting basketballs into the hoops, and then i got distracted while I helped solve a unrelated issue, and while I thought I was in a safe spot out of the way, but while a teacher was shooting a ball it hit my drone, luckily spinning it around capturing this video, then the second time he pointed at my drone, then proceeds to shoot the basketball directly at my drone causing it to crash, then after he told me he “had no clue that there was a drone there”, based on the video and him pointing at it and directly hitting it, I believe there is intent behind it, also if my thinking is right the drone should have been well out of his way after the first ball hit it.
