Has the Pokémon Company or GameFreak ever adressed the negative reaction Sword and Shield garnered Hiya, I am writing my Bachelor's Thesis on the subject of game companies communiticating after a launch of a game that might have influenced their image or financial situation negatively. One of the games I was thinking of analysing was Pokemon Sword and Shield and the infamous "dexit", which intern lead more critisim towards other aspects of the games. Ow my question is: has the Pokémon Company or GameFreak ever adressed the shortcomings and negative reviews these games garnered?
