Millix is not mined, it is earned. It is not a blockchain where miners repeatedly and redundantly solve the same complex algorithm, but a DAG where millix nodes validate individual transactions and store transaction data. Nodes are computers running the tangled browser or the millix client (which can operate on something as small as a raspberry pi!) Anyone with a computer can run a node. One hundred percent of a transaction's fee is paid to the node which proxies that transaction. To date almost 16,000 nodes have been installed.
