I’m a teacher. A parent complained about me being a Jew. Long time lurker but the title says it all. Parent stalked my social media, my facebook bio says “proudly jewish”, and my admin asked me to make me accounts private (they already are-can’t see anything I post, just the bios). Student’s Mom and Dad say I might be biased against Christian students. I teach 10th grade, this might be my last straw. No, my state does not have a union. I feel so defeated. I hate it here. UPDATE: I talked to my VP about 5 minutes ago and she asked me to change my facebook and insta bio to avoid any further drama with the parent.
