Internet in today’s times is just next to oxygen on the list of “things you can’t survive without”. In fact, it is one of the most valuable things in the world. To understand What is Web 3.0? first, we must know about its earlier iterations. The first version of the internet, ARPANET, was established in 1969. This was the first packet-switching network which laid the foundation for the further development of the internet. Thereafter, came Web 1.0, Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 which are the different generations of the internet. So, know about these iterations in one place.

I agree, no two people will define web3 same.. and yeahhh as far as my understanding says, tangled browser and tangled social are surely a web3 based tools. The reason would be
1. Tangled browser acts as a node/validator on millix network
2. Advertisers will send the payment directly to the tangled browser user, no middle man exists here.
3. Tangled project in whole is backed by a cryptocurrency
4. Even the users will be paid for seeing the ad as far as i understand
5. I didn't go through all the terms yet, but i feel the ads won't be based on the cookies but more on the selection made by the user
These are a few points that inclined me towards saying Tangle is Web3..
