do you mean that there are a few transactions in status expired on https://tangled.com/dashboard.php page? it is because your post(s) were not created for some reason. reasons may be
1. something got broken (if you try again a few times and it doesn't work, then it is and you are welcome report about it)
2. I'm working on something (I did yesterday) and it caused some disruption in posts processing. It should be fine now
