Moving from Dubai to Australia on PR as a civil engineer would you do it
I am currently living and working in Dubai and trying to weigh a major life decision. If you had the opportunity to move to Australia on a Permanent Residency visa as a civil engineer, would you take it?
Dubai is great for savings and tax free income, but Australia offers long term stability and citizenship. I would love to hear an objective perspective from anyone who has made this exact move or considered it, especially regarding the civil engineering job market, the reality of the cost of living, and whether trading Dubai for Australia is worth it long term.
And yes air quality is a big plus for me.

Sexual Questions from a CEO in Job Interview
I left a job interview today in tears because not only he set my eyes on me on an unrelated position, he also asked me so many personal questions, flirted, asked me if I have boyfriends, asked about my personal issues and situations, and asked if I ever had sex and when was the last time I had sexual partners along with telling me repeatedly "You're mine" "I will take care of you, you will be with me. Your life is mine. Your life will revolve around me 100%" and he kept smiling and flirting with me and told me that he doesn’t need any more beautiful sexy women, he just needs someone who is committed to him 100% I was too frozen, and because I am too nice, I still kept on trying to be professional
I left the building frozen and disgusted at myself and in tears. And then their HR kept calling me and offered me low pay too, and then I gently told her that the interview is not for the position I applied for.
Then when I stopped replying, the CEO directly dmed me and asked if I wanted to join. And when I ignored him, the receptionist even dmed me. It was insane and I honestly got super scared.
. My biggest regret was not recording everything because I have no evidence now..
What to do, folks?.. I am a very respectable woman just trying to make ends meet and wanted to put food on the table.
