The Meteorological Administration pointed out that Typhoon No. 21 "Kang Rey" has intensified into a moderate typhoon at 2 a.m. today. Tomorrow (30th) the outer circulation will affect the northern and eastern half of the region. Thursday and Friday (October 31) (Sunday, November 1) is the time when the impact on Taiwan is most obvious.
