Possible fatality on the Eastbound 10 near 75th tonight
Coming back from DH farms, when traffic started slamming to a halt and splitting away from the middle lanes. I had just enough time to go right and saw people jumping out of their cars. I'm not even sure how many cars were involved, but there was someone laid out in the middle lanes, mostly naked and extremely messed up. I'm assuming they were ejected. Normally, I would stop and render aid, but there were already so many people out and trying to help, and I was in a flow of traffic that was not stopping. I hope they made it, but I suspect they didn't... Drive safe, y'all

Unprecedented Charge: Arizona Lawmaker wants APS to ‘open their books’
An analysis reviewed by 12News suggests APS is purchasing increasingly higher amounts of power each year and (paraphrasing) passing some of the costs onto existing customers.
