Exciting Changes to the Splot NFT Activity!
Hi everyone -
First, we want to thank all the artists who participated in the latest Splot NFT activity, as well as everyone who took the time to vote. Your support has helped build an incredible creative community.
That said, it’s become clear that the current voting system has turned into more of a popularity contest rather than a fair assessment of artistic merit. While we understand the natural tendency to rally friends for votes, this approach doesn’t always lead to the best artwork winning. With significant Millix at stake, we want to ensure that these activities truly reward artistic excellence.
To address this, we’re introducing a new judging format. Moving forward, we will invite guest judges from the professional art world—artists and industry experts with no prior connection to the community—to evaluate submissions. These judges will see the artwork for the first time live on stream, making the selection process fairer and more objective.
We also plan to make this a bigger event, potentially hosting multiple activities each month and holding a dedicated stream to announce winners. The exact structure is still being finalized, and we’ll keep you updated.
For now, please note that #DreamLogic will still follow the original voting format. However, starting with the next activity, winners will be chosen based on artistic merit by a professional guest judge.
