✈️Day 7 | Ayi River & Chiyou Jiuli City, China
🌊 Morning: Ayi River & Wujiang Gallery
We were surrounded by lush greenery, layered mountains and dramatic peaks rising on both sides of the river. The stunning scenery made the river journey feel so peaceful and refreshing. Nature truly knows how to impress us!
🏯 Afternoon: Chiyou Jiuli City
We stepped into a different world at Chiyou Jiuli City, a cultural attraction inspired by Chiyou, a legendary ancestor associated with the Miao people. The place showcases rich Miao ethnic traditions, architecture and cultural heritage. It was a fascinating way to learn more about China’s diverse ethnic cultures.

✈️Day 6 – Wulong Fairy Mountain, Chongqing
We visited Wulong Fairy Mountain, known as the “No. 1 Grassland in Southern China.” 🌿
The first thing that caught my attention was the huge, open grassland with so much space to enjoy nature. You can go horse riding, camping, organise team-building activities, or simply walk around and take in the beautiful scenery. Such a peaceful place to escape the busy city!
We also learned about LingZhi (灵芝), a medicinal mushroom that has long been used in traditional Chinese wellness practices, particularly for its potential benefits for general health and vitality.
A lovely day surrounded by nature, fresh air and wide-open landscapes. Chongqing has so much more to offer than just city life! ❤️

✈️ Day 5 - Chongqing : Wulong Three Natural Bridges
We explored the spectacular Wulong Three Natural Bridges, a stunning natural wonder famous for its gigantic stone arches, deep valleys, and mysterious caves.
We spent around 2–3 hours walking through this amazing landscape. The scariest part? Walking across the glass bridge and looking down from 280 metres above the ground! 😱 My legs were shaking, and I was honestly terrified looking down!
Thankfully, we took elevators down into the valley, where we walked past beautiful lakes, enormous natural stone formations, and fascinating caves. Nature is truly an amazing artist!
