My pick this time is JURASSIC PARK (1993).
Steven Spielberg’s dino classic is the perfect pick for an island-themed night. The Isla Nublar isn't just a backdrop, it’s the whole point! A remote paradise turned playground for cloned dinosaurs, cut off from the mainland and (crucially) from help when things go wrong.
The practical effects and animatronics feel more alive than half of today’s CGI, John Williams’ score is pure goosebumps the second that T. rex silhouette appears, and the pacing is a masterclass… It takes its time building wonder before flipping into pure tension.
The island setting does real work here: isolation ratchets up the stakes, the lush jungle hides both beauty and danger, and there’s nowhere to run once the power goes out. A survival story "65 million years in the making", that only works because escape is not an option. With fantastic performances by Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Richard Attenborough.

Yesterday I wasn't able to post for the second time. Because I'm awake the whole night on the evening of 23 I don't know why. My insomnia attacked again. And I felt really hard managing it.

Grateful for another year. And being grateful that im still here with tangled its my third year to celebrate my bday and still posting here, tangled thank you so much. You've been a part in my routine and its like my home too. Many lessons learned ups and downs of life taught me how to be strong. Sometimes I pretend to be strong but sometimes I felt like giving up . But I need to be strong there's so many things I want to do in life. I'm sorry I'm so sensitive this past few days.
