Coinfest is an annual event held since 2013 and attended by crypto leaders, activists, and enthusiasts from around the world. This year, Coinfest Asia organized by Coinvest, will be held again in Bali on August 24-25, 2023. With a target attendance of 3000 participants from 50 countries, Coinfest Asia 2023 is organized in a festive manner at the beautiful cliff top at Puri Bhagawan, Jimbaran Bali.
The Web 2.5 theme is predicted to strengthen the Web 3.0 industry by becoming a bridge between the Web2 industry to Web 3.0. This event was welcomed by Sandiaga Uno as Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) who said that this event was proof of the openness of Asia, especially Indonesia, to the development of the Web Industry 3 .0 As quoted from BeInCrypto, Sandiaga Uno said "The immersive Web3 Festival in Asia, where the pioneers of the Asian Web 3.0 ecosystem gather. This truly shows Asia's commitment to becoming the center of the world Web 3.0 industry."
Participants can join the main event to meet and gain new insights on 25 discussion topics delivered by more than 100 prominent speakers on the main stages, namely Converge and Sunset. In addition, this event also provides facilities that make it easy for participants to make new connections with Web 2.0 and Web 3.0. Participants can have deeper discussions with speakers in the Breakout Room, and can meet leading figures from various industries and top-level regulators at the Bull House.
The participants can also play and get attractive prizes, do Government Pitching for Web 3.0 projects that want to work with the government in the Play area. Coinfest also provides supporting events held before and after the main event called Coinfest Week, this event started on August 23rd and spread across various locations in Bali.
