In Bohol, Philippines we celebrate our Easter Sunday start at 4am, thru HUGOS or Salubong, where Resurrected Jesus Christ and His mother Mama Mary will meet. The angel will unveil Mary, takes off her black veil as a sign that her mourning and sadness is replaced with happiness as Jesus came back.

It's already past 10:30 in the evening, we just finished making homemade cakes for Easter.

Chocolate bunnies and painted eggs are placed in baskets on the table.
The vase is filled with catkin branches and spring flowers, such as daffodils and tulips.
