Pancit for Breakfast
I woke up early and cooked Pancit bato, also known as Pancit bicol. This will also my daughter's school snack. They only have half-day classes every Friday, so she doesn't need to bring lunch, just a snack.

I cooked ginataang santol (cotton fruit in coconut milk) with shrimp, pork fat, and chilies. 😋 It was so delicious. Perfect with a bowl of hot rice. Let's dig in😊.
