Good morning!
These are fresh green guavas locally known in the Philippines as bayabas. There's so many fruit that I harvested some of it. It's crisp and slightly tart to eat and it's sweet. My daughter loves to eat them.
Do you know that a single guava provides more than double the recommended daily intake of vitamin C? It also acts as a low-glycemic food that may help regulate blood glucose levels.

Yesterday's harvest from our guava tree.
This is the variety of guava that has smaller fruits, but they're much sweeter compared to other varieties.
This one has pinkish flesh inside.
It's such a great feeling whenever I get to harvest fruits from our backyard. Such a bliss! 😁🥰
Want some?
