There's one thing I left out of my video.
So when you practice this where you send the qi up your spine and around over and over you will start to notice saliva at the sides of your mouth. At the end of the meditation cycle collect the saliva with your tongue into a pool. Then visualise it as a golden pool and drink it. In the same way as in the meditation, see it go down into your Dan Tien. This is the alchemical elixir of life.
