Most don’t even acknowledge how much their habits direct their life. But let’s be honest, there are two types of habits we have to be aware of.
Good habits: these are the ones we have to acknowledge so we can keep using them to grow and live up to our potential. They make us efficient and productive.
Bad habits: we definitely have to acknowledge these and replace them. For these are the ones that keep us in slavery and from ever living up to the potential we are capable of.
Habits can be hard to replace, but not impossible as long as we identify the habit we need to change. Can you do that?
To be able to start somewhere is to be able to set aside our Ego. See, nobody likes to be wrong or corrected. Even when it is us doing it to ourselves. But this acknowledgment of bad habits will be fought by our Ego every time. So we have to be able to take the criticism even from ourselves. Sometimes even from others.
Identify these bad habits that keep you enslaved. Can you? Acknowledge what you do on a consistent basis that holds you back in life. What keeps you from your full potential. Formulate new productive habits to replace the old bad habits. Use consistency to program in the new ones. This is how you find the freedom to grow and flourish.
Be willing to identify your bad habits. Be willing to do the work to replace them. Replace with new good habits. Live up to your potential.
Make the impossible possible today.
For “impossible” is actually “I’m possible”.
