Distractions are everywhere—pulling our attention outward, urging us to explore the vastness of the universe, to seek answers about galaxies, time, and space. We ask big questions like, What’s out there? or How far does the universe stretch? But in doing so, we often neglect the most important question of all: Who am I?
It’s easy to focus on what’s outside of us because it feels safer. The world out there is endless, filled with wonders we may never fully grasp. But what about the world within you? That is where the real magic lies. The greatest discoveries you’ll ever make aren’t in the stars—they’re in yourself. Your potential, your strength, your purpose.
Imagine standing at the base of a mountain, eager to reach the top for its breathtaking view. To get there, you must first cross the valley—the unfamiliar, sometimes uncomfortable terrain that represents self-discovery. Most people avoid this journey, choosing distractions to keep them from facing their deepest truths. But the real adventure begins within.
You have the power to explore the core of who you are. What makes you grow? What fuels your happiness? What beliefs hold you back? Don’t let the noise of the outside world drown out your inner voice.
This is your life. Your world. Your journey. The more you understand yourself, the more clearly you’ll see everything around you. So, take a deep breath, quiet the distractions, and look within. The answers you seek are already there—waiting for you to find them.
If this reached you or there was something that truly resonated with you, please like and share in hopes this will maybe reach someone that it could help.
Going above the present level we are on requires a shift in our perspective and a deep introspection. It entails moving away from the constant pursuit of external changes and turning our attention inward to elevate ourselves to the next level in life. When we find ourselves unable to identify what needs to be changed or improved, it becomes necessary to expand our horizons beyond our current position.
Often, intelligence and valuable information come to us in unexpected and unassuming ways. These brief moments of insight and wisdom can arise when we least anticipate them. By redirecting our focus from the external environment to our inner selves, we create the space to recognize and seize these opportunities for growth and transformation.
It is not so much the flaws or problems within us that require attention, but rather our vision of what we aspire to create or manifest. This vision serves as a doorway to accessing the divine information and guidance we seek. It may also guide us towards additional paths and resources to further our understanding and progress.
While it is evident that changing the world begins with changing ourselves, it is crucial to acknowledge and embrace our true selves in the process. Without a deep understanding and acceptance of who we are at our core, it becomes challenging to effect any meaningful change. By undertaking the journey of self-discovery and self-awareness, we lay the foundation for personal growth and empower ourselves to make a positive impact on the world around us.
To change your reality, that change must come from within you first.

Many people find comfort in their current position and suffering because maintaining the that position in life requires minimal effort and introspection.
The refusal to look inward and confront personal suffering is a common trait in most unhappy and unfulfilled people.
I challenge that changing the external world may not be necessary. I also question the use of personal energy of such an endeavor.
I wonder the notion if society genuinely desires peace, whether at a national or individual level. The absence of peace in society implies a lack of genuine desire for it. This should prompt investigations on the true intentions and priorities of society regarding the pursuit of peace.
But to change a society, we have to first be willing to change ourselves. And to do that we have to be willing to look inside ourselves first because any society starts with the individual.
Our environment is exactly what it is. It is always our perception of this environment that leads us to the energy we choose. When we should be choosing our energy to to help build the perception we want and need to grow with any environment.
Start within to see real change. Find the courage to reveal yourself. Influence your perception to see the environment as it should be. Not allowing the environment to influence your perception.
You are the creator and have the power to create your reality. Use it wisely.
