You can't judge someone's progress just by what you see on the outside. #madmarvin Because there are battles fought without a sound. There are wars fought in silence… and victories that go uncelebrated. You see someone "just like always," but you don't know they've overcome an addiction, learned to control their anger, or are healing wounds no one else sees. You don't know how hard it was for them to get up today… or how many times they thought about giving up. Real progress isn't always reflected in the body, money, or appearance. Sometimes it's hidden in small decisions: in what you no longer tolerate, in what you no longer pursue, in what you've finally learned to let go of. Stop measuring life with superficial eyes. Because there are people who, even though they may seem stuck… are moving forward more than ever. And you, even though no one sees it… keep going.
