Hello August and happy Saturday on the first day of the new month!
The heat is increasing, it will stay like this until mid-August, we are looking forward to difficult days.
There are also problems with the power supply in Hungary. An emergency has been declared.

Today is another sunny and hot day, the temperature is +37 degrees in the shade. 😥
The pears are also slow to ripen. 🍐
I'm surprised they're so big, since there's been little rain this year. We can't even water them from the well, it's drying up slowly.

I have noticed that in recent years fewer water lilies have bloomed, and the leaves do not need to be thinned. I do not know what the reason could be, I will ask Chat GPT.
Now there is only one yellow water lily in the garden pond, but it is beautiful.

The figs on the tree in my garden have started to ripen. The first ripe figs are very large. But among them, I also discovered a malformed fig. So, genetic malformations occur in plants, too.
