• It has maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 150 km/h, and central pressure of 970 hPa.
• On the track forecast, #OpongPH will move generally west northwestward towards northern Vietnam.
• #OpongPH is forecast to intensify further as it approaches northern Vietnam.

Opong makes fifth landfall over Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro at 11:30 a.m. Friday.
At 1 p.m. , it was in the vicinity of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, with winds of 110 kph and gusts up to 150 kph.
