We can actually test whether your phone is emitting RF pulses timed to manipulate your behavior and here's how.

*This is mostly preliminary, just trying to get the communities thoughts on this idea first before proceeding.*

*A bit of a long read(but important)*

Most people have raised concerns about phone-based behavioral manipulation and its probably more likely to be true than conspiratorial.

But is testable. Here's the actual science underneath it and a concrete research proposal.

**Before anything else you control this. Read this first.**

I know what this community thinks about apps that want your data. Same here.

So here is the proposal, plainly:

The app is open source. Every line of code is public before you install anything. You can read exactly what it does and doesn't do. If you can't read code yourself, someone you trust can read it for you. There is no hidden function. There is no version that does something different from what the source says.

Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to send it. Not to any individual, not to a server, not anywhere. You run the protocol, you see your own results, and that's it if that's all you want.

If you decide to contribute to the collective dataset you export it yourself and publish it yourself to a decentralized address that nobody controls. There is no company, no organization, no person who receives your data. It goes directly to distributed storage and sits there publicly alongside everyone else's.

You wont need an account or an email. No name. Nothing that identifies you is collected or needed.

No funding from any corporation or government. No institutional affiliation that can be influenced. No terms of service because there is no service, just open source software and a public methodology document.

Almost every app you've ever installed came with a terms of service that was a stab in the back dressed in legal language. This project has no terms of service because it has no terms. You install open source software, you run it on your own device, you own everything that comes out of it.

The point is to find out the truth. If the data shows nothing is happening, that matters. If it shows something is happening, that matters more. Either way it's your data and your finding.

So here we go:

**What we already know isn't disputed**

The Frey effect has been peer-reviewed and replicated since 1962. It shows that pulsed microwave radiation can cause people to hear sounds(auditory hallucinations). In 1975, the US Army reported that this could transmit intelligible speech, not just tones, but actual words. This is published science, not conspiracy.

Your phone gives off pulsed microwave radiation all the time. The pulse patterns are controlled by the baseband processor. This chip runs its own firmware under the operating system. You cannot audit it, and it can receive updates you cannot inspect. Given the history of tech company behavior, it is not hard to imagine they could push past, or work around, SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) regulatory limits.

Major platforms openly claim theyve designed products to exploit dopamine pathways. The unanswered question is whether there is a hardware layer under the software layer.

**The testable hypothesis**

If apps are modulating phone RF emissions at commercially significant moments purchase decisions, hesitation, high engagement moments then:

* RF emission patterns will show measurable variance correlated with app state
* Physiological arousal measures will correlate with those emission events
* Both correlations will be significantly reduced when the phone is properly RF shielded

This is a clean experimental design. It has a control condition. It produces quantitative data. It is either true or it isn't.

**What you need to test it**

At minimum, just an Android phone. (IOS is more restricted. Apple's APIs isnt open source for radio layer data)A research app can log:

* Magnetometer readings continuously
* Heart rate via camera
* Hand tremor via accelerometer
* App state and interaction events
* All timestamped for correlation analysis

For the full version add:

* An RTL-SDR dongle (\~$25) on a second device for independent RF monitoring
* A galvanic skin response sensor (\~$20) for reliable physiological data
* A copper fabric Faraday bag (\~$30) for the shielded control condition

Total external hardware under $80.

**The I-Pad Baby Issue is More Urgent**

Everything above applies to adults who at least have some capacity to notice something feels off. Now consider the iPad baby phenomenon.

Kids in critical brain development stages are experiencing:

* • Long, close-up RF exposure at the exact ages when the brain is locking in systems for attention, self-control, and reward
* • At the same time, content that is deliberately designed to trigger dopamine (a “feel-good” brain chemical)
* • Disrupted sleep, when those brain systems should be strengthening
* • Skulls that are thinner than adults’, with greater RF absorption per body mass

Most research on how much screen time has looked at what kids watch and how screens replace other activities. as far as i know, there are no studies on measured RF emission exposure as a factor. Not once. The whole body of research on why “iPad babies” may have higher rates of ADHD, emotional crush-outs, and developmental language delays was built without controlling for, the electromagnetic exposure layer.

The timing of widespread device use in kids and measurable changes in pediatric neurological conditions could be one of the most studied public health issues of our time. Or it could be one of the least studied. Right now it would be considered the least studied, because the research framework might have problems with falsifiability if the electromagnetic variable isnt included.

That absence is something else given what is at stake.

**Why this hasn't been done**

Funding for research in this area often comes from groups with clear conflicts of interest. Researchers who report unwanted RF bioeffect results have faced documented pressure from institutions. The journals most likely to publish this work can also be influenced by the same industry the research could point to.

Independent, distributed research with open raw data stored in a decentralized way avoids these problems. There is no central target to pressure. There is no single researcher to attack. There is no single dataset that can be removed.

What we’re building: an open source Android app. The method will be preregistered on OSF so results cannot be dismissed as cherry-picked after the fact. Raw data can be published to IPFS, a decentralized network where no single server can be shut down or pressured. Participants would upload their own data, voluntarily, if they choose.

We need Android developers to build and audit the app, people to run the protocol and share data, anyone with RF measurement or SDR experience, and people to help document the method.

The data belongs to participants. No organization sits in the middle. No corporate or government funding. No one to pressure, bribe, or subpoena.

If the hypothesis is wrong the data will show that — and that's a valid outcome worth knowing. If it's right the data will be distributed across thousands of independent participants before anyone can respond to it, on infrastructure no single entity controls.

You don't have to trust us. That's the point. You can verify everything yourself before participating in anything.
