Are you using excuses?

Every single day, you’re faced with a choice: results or excuses. You cannot have both. Excuses might feel comforting in the moment. They let you off the hook, they give you someone or something else to blame. But they cost you the very growth and freedom you say you want. Results, on the other hand, demand responsibility. They require you to look inward, not outward, and recognize that the greatest limits are not the rules of society, not other people, not your circumstances—they’re the rules you’ve created in your own mind.

When you live in catabolic energy, you hand over your power. You play the role of the victim, convinced that life is happening to you, that you’re stuck, that you’re restrained. But no one else has the power to block your true potential, only you do. And when you see this clearly, you realize something liberating: you can stop playing that game. You can change the rules at any time.

Responsibility is not a burden. It’s the key to freedom. When you stop blaming people, places, or circumstances, you take back influence over your life. You shift into anabolic energy, the energy of growth, creativity, and possibility. That’s where you stop saying, “I can’t because…” and start asking, “How can I?” That’s where excuses are replaced by action, and action creates results.

Today is the day to hold yourself accountable. Not tomorrow. Not when conditions are perfect. Now. Because every excuse you make builds a wall, but every act of responsibility tears one down. Tear enough of them down, and you’ll see what was always there: your true potential, waiting for you to claim it.

Is your thinking helping you?

Have you ever stopped to think that maybe thinking is your problem? Let me explain. Most of us live inside our heads, trapped by our own experiences, beliefs, and perceptions. These internal narratives feel important—they’re part of our story. But here’s the thing: they’re also our greatest limitation. Every thought we have is filtered through the bias of our past, creating a barrier that blocks new information and prevents us from seeing the bigger picture.

We cling to our personal experiences because they feel safe, familiar, and relatable. But that’s just the illusion of control. Our thoughts, often reactive and shaped by external influences, are not as free as we imagine. Instead of expanding our understanding, they reinforce the walls we’ve built around ourselves, keeping us from embracing universal truths that exist outside of our limited perspective.

The problem is that many people refuse to question their thinking. They label it “truth” simply because it’s theirs, even when it leads to frustration or unhappiness. But if your way of thinking hasn’t brought you the peace or fulfillment you’re searching for, isn’t it worth considering that your internal biases might be the problem?

True growth begins when we stop identifying so strongly with our thoughts and start inviting in knowledge from outside ourselves. Universal truths don’t need your validation to exist—but your willingness to see beyond your own mind could change everything. Maybe the answers aren’t inside you but just beyond the barriers you’ve built.

If this reached you or there was something that truly resonated with you, please like and share in hopes this will maybe reach someone that it could help.
