Good morning, Tangled fam!
Wishing everyone a happy Friday! ☀️
This is blackthorn (Prunus spinosa)
A thorny shrub growing 3–4 meters tall, with dense branches.
Its fruit is a bluish-purple, hazy stone fruit that ripens in autumn. 💙
Its taste is tart and sour when raw, but after the first frosts (being touched by frost), it becomes sweeter and softer. I tasted it yesterday; it was delicious and sweet.
Its flowers and berries are rich in vitamin C.
It is used to make jam, syrup, sauce, tea blends, and valuable brandy.

Good morning, Tangled fam!
Wishing everyone a happy Thursday! ☀️
How did you sleep, how is your day going?
The colder weather has caused the dandelions to reappear in the field.
I love them so much! 😊
