The wife and I are soon to write the best and final book of our lives!
We are selling the property (land) and the many things we have accumulated. Things that are basically trinkets, tools, vehicles, furniture, paintings, etc... and will have a big ass yard-sale or one hell of a bonfire. All of this has come to the realization that all of the things we paid money for, all the toil and scraping to get these things and the price to maintain them has been shit. We don't need it. We never have, we just thought these things would enhance our lives, to make ourselves look and feel better. It all turns out to be shit.
We are going to buy an RV/camper/goose-neck and travel the US. We are going to see the sights, talk to the people we happen to find, discover places I'm sure we couldn't otherwise and also help those we can as we do so. We are going to do what we can to help folks in need as we travel. We will be helping at food pantries, helping individuals that need to keep their electric on, the single moms and dads (and couples) that need to get food and such for their kids and so on. We are going to try to make a difference and help the Vets (homeless or not) that need help. Many people that are needing help, not a handout, might not make ends meet.
We have been there before and sometimes it was there for us, sometimes not, but we made it through. Now is the time for us to "pay" it back. I will be posting our adventures through Tangled and will be needing the family of Tangled to make this work. I've dealt with other sites like Tangled but they didn't feel like the close-nit family I have felt since I have been here. Thank you all for letting me in.
