I made chocolate and milky donuts for my daughter and for her classmates working on their Investigatory Project. Hopefully, these will give them a little energy while they finish everything.

They released water from the dam, and when we woke up around 6 AM, our kitchen and the area outside the house were already flooded. So we quickly packed our things and decided to leave and stay somewhere else. We’re okay now, though. My kids can play at their aunt’s house for now.
Last time, we stayed at a friend’s house. My sister’s house is a bit far from us, while my friend’s place is much closer. It was also raining really hard that time, so traveling far was difficult.

I think I’m the one getting impatient with my eldest’s investigatory project. At this point, I’m getting tired of it too! They still haven’t finished it, and somehow I keep getting involved in everything.
Yesterday, they were here again. I was so busy that I didn’t even get out of the kitchen until late lunchtime. One of their classmates didn’t bring any food, so I ended up cooking an extra dish for them. Then, for their afternoon snack, I made macaroni spaghetti too.
And guess what? They’re here again today! While I’m busy making the inserts and covers for my notebook orders, I decided not to cook snacks anymore. I just bought a pack of Dowie Donuts for them. Honestly, I’m trying to balance being a mom, helping with school projects, and finishing my own work. I just want this investigatory project to be DONE already!
